Yes. The Free plan costs $0 forever: 1 location, 1 staff calendar and 5 services, including your own booking page, an admin calendar and email reminders. No credit card required.
Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. Guests open your booking page, pick a service and a time, leave their contact info and they're booked — about 30 seconds. Rescheduling and cancelling happen through a secure link in their email/SMS, also without an account.
Can I share my booking page to WeChat?
Yes. One tap in the dashboard creates a share card and a store QR code. In WeChat your link shows as a rich card with your shop name and photo; the same link also works on Moments, RED, Instagram and Facebook.
Is it bilingual?
Yes. Both the booking page and the dashboard work in English and Chinese — guests and owners each choose their own language.
How do deposits and prepayment work?
From the Starter plan you can connect Stripe: each service can be set to pay in store, deposit, or full prepayment, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account (CAD). Pro adds card-on-file no-show protection and SMS reminders.
I'm on another booking system — is switching painful?
No. Import your customer list from a CSV (export straight from Excel or your current system) — records matching an existing phone or email merge automatically. Services and business hours take a few minutes to set up, and you can send guests your new booking link the same day.
What if the time a guest wants is already full?
From the Starter plan, guests can join a waitlist on fully-booked days by leaving their email. The moment a spot frees up — a cancellation or an expired hold — the waitlist is notified instantly, first come first served.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The default is month-to-month — upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, with no penalty. If you choose yearly billing, service simply runs to the end of the paid year and won't renew after you cancel.
